Enter 80 Washington Place and after seven floors, a rooftop is no longer a rooftop; it's a threshold between the rational city below and something closer to standing in a surrealist's dream.

Built to bend reality into a lush, surrealist fantasy perched above Greenwich Village, Nicole Fisher Interiors is doing what we do best: making something completely unique and unforgettable.

As you ascend the Holland & Sherry wrapped staircase, with one-of-a-kind rugs by Rug & Kilim and one-of-a-kind artworks by Bradley Wood and Saatchi Art artists Colby Edwards and Hans Lee, you are brought outdoors to an immersive experience. Interior vestibules are illuminated by Hudson Valley Lighting Group picture lights and Made Goods sconces, creatively repurposed as ceiling fixtures, setting the tone before the rooftop reveals itself. Draped walls in a Sanderson floral bring the indoors out. A centerpiece bar is cloaked in a dramatic Zoffany fabric accented with Samuel & Sons trim and customized by Plaza Park Interiors. Fabricated by DiSalvo Contracting, the circular bar houses a fully functioning outdoor kitchen with Lynx grills, a Lynx x John Michael cabinetry collaboration, Uline refrigeration, and a Lynx cocktail sink, all sourced through Royal Green Appliances, and topped with a dramatic Tiffany quartzite slab by Artistic Tile. Benjamin Moore paint covers the custom arched millwork panels, fabricated by DiSalvo Contracting, that serve as the backdrop to the bar, highlighting the watercolor-inspired Calico wallpaper. Above, a Baccarat chandelier creates a dazzling focal point, while Baccarat Clochette table lamps cast a warm glow throughout the space. Surrounded by Olive Ateliers counter stools with Kravet leopard cushions, there are no shortage of seats for conversation or a cocktail.

Restaurant-style seating areas allow for intimate conversations in antique chairs and Made Goods bistro tables, while lounge spaces are grounded by Kanters by Stark leopard rugs. Additional seating by Made Goods is upholstered in Casamance, Sanderson Design Group, and Holly Hunt fabrics, many accented with Samuel & Sons trims, tassels, and tiebacks throughout, and layered with antique finds from 1stDibs. As you move through a gallery-like setting with art by Wendover, you are met with Hudson Valley Lighting Group mood lighting, Azzurro iron chairs in striped Casamance fabric, an array of Tuscan Imports planters and Italian fountains, and landscaping by Holiday Foliage, all enhanced by Christopher Williams landscape lighting by Hinkley Lighting that extends throughout the rooftop, bringing warmth, depth, and intimacy to every corner. Additional tent and architectural fabric installations, along with specialty millwork and fabrication throughout the space, were executed by DiSalvo Contracting.

After Seven is an oasis for harmonious alignment. A members-only experience. Not because you need a card, but because you have to be the kind of person who shows up when something extraordinary whispers that it won't be here tomorrow.

Come enjoy a cocktail before it closes its eyes for good.
