Along the way, I built playbooks for every hole I found: hiring, design process, leadership, marketing. This year I'm bringing together a founding group of designers to work through those playbooks and the exact tools I used to grow my business from $300k to $6m. And still growing! The best part? This growth has allowed me to build the team that executes without me. More money AND more time to do the things I enjoy. Together we’ll do two live sessions a month, for six months. Every session will be structured as teaching and live Q&A. It's the room I wish I'd had at year three. This is for those ready to put in the work, and ready to grow.
