Westchester County

This was a new construction build spanning 6,000 sqft on the Long Island Sound. No detail was left unturned during this construction project, from drawings to install. We worked on all the finishing details, including custom base moldings, a custom metal staircase we had fabricated, custom cascading light fixtures, a custom pewter hood, and all the custom millwork. Clients arrived at the end with their suitcases.

Duration of project was 18 months.

Our client’s were starting fresh, building on a new lot in a very desirable area in Westchester County. The design direction was modern farmhouse, with a twist. Infusing character, custom moldings, cerused oak cabinetry, and pops of color, this new build turned out to be a completely unique work of art for this family of five to enjoy.
